What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. If you buy a Supply Safe subscription, our agency terms apply to that purchase.
Buying a subscription
When you choose a plan on our Buy page, you are sent to Stripe, our payment provider, to pay. Your annual subscription starts when Stripe confirms your payment and we have set up your agency account. Until then, no contract exists between you and us.
Prices shown are annual prices excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
The terms that apply to your subscription are our agency terms, which we show you before you pay. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of first purchase and no candidate has started the course, we refund in full. After that we do not refund, and we do not refund part of a year.
Information, not advice
The compliance pages on this website describe our understanding of published statutory guidance and legislation. They are general information about compliance obligations. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for taking your own advice on your own circumstances.
Statutory guidance changes, most predictably in September when Keeping Children Safe in Education is republished. We review these pages annually. Always check the primary source, which we link to on every page.
Nothing on this website is an assurance that using Supply Safe makes your agency compliant with any legal, regulatory or contractual obligation. Compliance depends on what you do, not on what you buy.
Accreditation
The Supply Safe course is CPD Certified by The CPD Certification Service, an independent accreditation body. That means the learning has been independently assessed against their criteria. It is not approval by the Department for Education, Ofsted, Ofqual or any part of government, and it is not a regulated qualification.
Our content
The content of this website, including the course materials described on it, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not reproduce the course materials, or use our content to build a competing product.
Links to other websites
We link to gov.uk, legislation.gov.uk and other third party sites so that you can check what we say against the source. We are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We try to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
