How a candidate place works
| A place is | One candidate, enrolled once, within your paid year. |
| Reserved when | You send the invitation. |
| Used when | That candidate starts the course. |
| Given back when | You cancel an invitation nobody has accepted. |
| Not given back | If someone has started and then leaves you. The training happened. |
| Free | Resending an invitation, and every assessment retry. |
| At renewal | A new allowance. Outstanding invitations carry over. Anyone mid-course finishes without using a second place. |
