Privacy notice

This notice covers this website. It does not yet cover the Supply Safe training platform, because that is not open to customers. When it opens, a separate notice and a data processing agreement will cover how candidate training records are handled.

What we collect, and why

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website, so there is no consent banner. The only cookies are the ones needed for the site to work. We count visits to our public pages with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not store your IP address; it tells us which pages are visited and where visitors came from, in total.
Please do not include information about a child, a school or a colleague in the message box. We do not need it, and we do not want to hold it.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years, so that we can pick up a conversation you started last September. Server logs are kept for 30 days. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing it, and to ask us to restrict what we do with it. Email hello@supplysafe.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would rather you told us first so that we can put it right.
